CV Creation

If you haven't already signed up in Topcvmakers.com, there are two ways to start building your CV:

A. Click on "Register" on the top of the home page. In the opening page, either you select to sign up through social media (Facebook, LinkedIn), or you fill in the required sign up information and you will receive an email where you will have to click on the confirmation link. You continue filling added information for your profile and your personal panel opens. From this moment on, either through your personal panel, or through the home page main menu you can select to create a new CV. At this point, a page appears with Subscription Services information and later on you can start the automated CV creation procedure. Your CV will be saved in your personal panel, in which you will have access at any time by logging in to Topcvmakers.com.

B. From the home page main menu you select "CV Creation" and from the sub menu you select "Build my CV". In the opening page, you can get informed about Subscriptions Services and later on you sign up in Topcvmakers.com or through your Facebook or LinkedIn account. In the first case, after filling all required sign up information, you will receive an email where you have to click on the confirmation link. In both sign up cases, you continue filling some additional profile information and from then on you can initiate the automated CV creation procedure.

If you already have a personal account in Topcvmakers.com, all you have to do is login. You will move to your personal panel where you can select to create a New CV.

Of course. At any CV creation phase you can leave the procedure. Anything you have filled in by then will be saved, provided you have clicked on "Save and Proceed" at the end of every page filled. If again you are in the final step of previewing your CV, you can either select "Save and Proceed” to purchase your CV (even if it's not completed yet) or "Save for Preview Only" and purchase it later. Your Draft CV will be automatically saved in your personal panel, where you can choose to edit and purchase the CV in order to take advantage of CV Subscription Services benefits.
Yes, you can and here is the procedure:
If you have already purchased a subscription package for a CV you created, by selecting to create a New CV (either from your personal panel or from the Main Menu), you automatically start building a second CV, which you can save as "Draft" in your account and edit it later or purchase it (acquire a second subscription package) and enjoy all subscription privileges, as for your first CV. You can repeat the procedure for as many CVs as you like.
Attention: You have the option of purchasing as many CVs as you like under the same user account, but you can keep only one draft. Initiating a New CV while having a "Draft", automatically deletes the first one.
If you haven't purchased a CV subscription package, but you have saved a "Draft" CV (not bought) in your personal panel, you can click on "Create New CV" and a message will appear asking you to continue editing the draft or start a New CV.
Attention: If you choose to start a New CV your old "Draft" will be deleted and replaced by the new one.

Once you login to your personal account, from your personal panel you can view your saved CV and delete it by clicking on "Delete".

In your panel you can click on "Edit" for any of the CVs you have created (whether it is a completed Resume under a subscription package or a Draft) and modify any saved data and Template. These alterations will appear in your CV after saving them. You can edit your CVs for as long as your subscription is valid. If you have a Draft, you can purchase it at any given time and take advantage of the additional subscription benefits.

Your CV will remain saved in your personal panel for as long as your Topcvmakers.com subscription is valid. Throughout the subscription period you can edit your CV, change Templates, download it in your PC in Pdf format and "share" it on social media, all through your personal panel. At the same time you can access - through your personal panel - job postings that match your profile. Every time a new job post matches your profile, you will receive an email with the relevant link. Finally, and for the period of your subscription, your CV will appear in Employer's searches, when they enter Topcvmakers.com to find appropriate Candidates. When your profile fits an Employer's search, he will have instant access to your Resume.
In case you are not satisfied with the suggested job postings, you can alter your filled data regarding desired position characteristics, by clicking on "Job Matching Criteria" in your personal panel.
In case you haven't already purchased a subscription package, but you have created and saved a (completed or not) CV, you can simply edit, continue or finalize it and purchase a subscription package through your panel. If you don't wish to complete your saved CV but rather start a new one, click on "Create New CV" and a message will appear asking you if you want to continue with editing the Draft one or start a New CV. If you choose to start a New CV your old "Draft" will be deleted and replaced by the new one.
You can renew or upgrade your subscription at any given time, no matter if it has expired or not, through your personal panel (which you can access by login in your personal user account when you click on the link with your name on the top left part of any page). From the place where your CV is saved you can select "Renew Subscription" and go to the purchase page, where you can choose your previous subscription package or a more premium one. After completing your purchase your subscription will be renewed and you will be able to track its time left through your personal panel.

You can change your selected Template at any given time and throughout the CV filling procedure. All you have to do is go to step 2, "Template Selection" in the Successive Steps line on top of the page. Next, you can preview different Templates and replace the first one you selected. In addition, you can choose between various fonts and font sizes and add a photo to your CV. You can repeat this process as many times as you like while filling your CV, even in the final step (Step 12) of the CV preview.
If you wish you can change the Template in a saved CV (whether purchased or Draft) in your personal panel by clicking on "Edit". Then you move to the Template selection page (Step 2), change the existing one, adjust its font type and size and decide on adding a photo. Finally, by clicking on "Save and Proceed" on the bottom of the page, you replace the old Template with he new one.

Of course. From the moment you start a new CV and select the language and its name, you can move to any of the next steps in the order of your liking. Your only restriction is that you have to fill in "Business Sector" and "Specialization" in Step 3 (Job Criteria), in order to activate the next filling steps with advice and suggestions relevant to your profession and specialization. The steps appear in consecutive order on the top of the page. By choosing one, you automatically visit the respective section.
If you would like to see your full CV you can go to the final step at any time (Step 12) and click on "Preview My CV in PDF". At the same time and on the same page, you can see one by one your CV sections and select any of them to edit or redrag. Finally, if you change your mind about a section you can click on "Hide". This section is to be found on the bottom in the "Hidden Sections" area, from where you can choose to restore it. Respectively, if you would like to add an extra section, you can click on "Add a New Section", which opens a Title and Content filling page and click "Save and Proceed" in the end, so your section is automatically saved to your CV. You can set its exact location by dragging and dropping the section in the desired order of appearance.
Keep in mind that you can view any change you make by clicking anytime "Preview My CV in PDF".

Of course. After filling the sections you like and clicking "Save and Proceed" at the end of each one, you reach the final step (Step 12), where you can view your CV. All the sections, filled or not, will appear in your CV. Due to unfilled sections, the CV completion percentage on the top of the page will appear less than 100%. If you don't wish to include a section, you can at this point delete it by clicking "Hide". This section is to be found on the bottom of the "Hidden Sections" page, where you can choose to restore it. Respectively, if you like to add an extra section click on "Add New Section" and it will open a title and content filling page, where if you click on "Save and Proceed" at the end of the page, the section will automatically be added to your CV. Only when there are no more blank sections in your CV, will the completion percentage reach 100%.

Of course. For the sections whose title is displayed in your CV (i.e. Summary, Highlights, Professional Experience, etc.), you can visit the page of the section you like and click on the "pencil" icon next to its Title. From the drop down menu you can choose among the different available titles and replace the default one. In case you wish to add a new section in your CV - apart from the existing ones -, as before you can choose the title you like from the recommended list or select "Other" and type the title you want in accordance to the content of the added section. In any case, once you complete all your modifications, don't forget to click on "Save and Proceed" in order to be displayed in your Resume.

No, this is not necessary. You have the freedom to create longer or shorter CV sections as you like. Your selected Template will be adjusted to the content size and the final CV appearance will match the sample.

You can insert as many entries as you like. All Templates can be adjusted to more than one pages. Every time you add a new "Professional Experience" or "Education" in the respective fields by clicking "Add more & Save", all the previous ones will be displayed on the bottom part of the page, so you can edit any one you like.
Attention: Every time you insert a new entry in the “Education” section, you can ascribe it a different title. This helps to put in sub-sections potentially different kinds of Education (Academic Education, Seminars, Diplomas, etc.). All you have to do is find the right Title for your New Entry and all kinds of Education you have added will be displayed on the bottom part of the page ordered by section.
