Translation


From the Home Page Main Menu you can select "Translation" and then "Translate my CV" and you will visit the CV Translation information page. Then, you can either Login in Topcvmakers.com or Sign up by completing all required information. After completing the mandatory sign up information and get the confirmation email (if you sign up through your Facebook or LinkedIn personal account you will not get the email), you click on the confirmation link in the email body, fill some additional information regarding your profile and you finally visit the Translation page. First, upload the CV you want translated, from your computer or the one you created in Topcvmakers.com.
Attention: If you choose to send us a CV you have created yourself and not with Topcvmakers.com, be mindful to upload either a .doc or a .docx file, as no other file format is accepted.
Then, select the target language in which you like your CV to be translated (in case you chose a file from your computer, you must choose the source language of your file also - something you don't have to do if you select to translate your CV of Topcvmakers.com), click on "Add" and you will get an automatic translation cost estimation. Afterwards, you can select more languages by clicking "Add" every time to see the cost for each translation. From there, you can proceed purchasing this service. After completing the procedure, you will receive a confirmation email regarding your transaction and delivery time of the translated files.  When the translation of your files is complete, you will be notified by email that will refer you to your personal panel where the translated files will be saved.
Attention: If you have sent us a CV that you have created with Topcvmakers.com, the translated file you will receive will be a Word document and not your initial pdf CV template.

Make sure that the file you wish to translate is in .doc or .docx format and no larger than 200 MB. If that is the case, but you are still having trouble uploading it, please contact us.

1. Which are the different payment options?

In case you purchased a LinkedIn profile creation, after completing the payment procedure and in due time one of our professionals will contact you regarding all details in creating your customized profile.

B. Payment by PayPal, by selecting "PayPal" in the purchase page.
In this case, once you complete the payment process, you will be notified by an email that confirms the transaction. If you have purchased a CV or Cover Letter subscription package, from that moment your subscription is valid and your products are saved in your personal panel, where you can manage them. If, on the other hand, you have purchased a Video CV or Translation services, after completing payment you will receive an email that confirms the transaction and refers you to sending the files to create the Video CV or informs you regarding delivery time of the translation. The final product will be saved in your card in the time marked. In case you purchased a LinkedIn profile creation, after completing the payment procedure and in due time one of our professionals will contact you regarding all details in creating your customized profile.

C. Payment by Bank Deposit, by selecting “Bank Transfer” in the purchase page.
Should you choose this way of payment, you will receive a confirmation email regarding the placement of your order and its code number. From that moment on you can deposit the amount of your purchase in one of the bank accounts mentioned in the email and mention the order code number as the deposit reason. The deposit can be made either in a bank branch or through e-banking services, in case your bank provides such an option. If you purchase a CV or Cover Letter subscription package, after making the deposit you will get a confirmation email regarding your transaction, your subscription will be activated and your products will be available for you to manage in your personal panel. If the deposit concerns a Video CV or Translation services, you will receive a confirmation email regarding the transaction and referring you to sending the files to create the Video CV or informing you about the delivery time of the translation. The final product will be saved in your panel in the time marked. If you have purchased the LinkedIn profile creation service, after making the deposit and in due time one of our professionals will contact you regarding every detail of your customized profile.
